Standard 20 min Botox/filler consultation
If you have had filler before or know someone that has, you may already know a bit about the treatment and be comfortable. If this is the case and you have few questions, book a standard 20 min dermal filler consultation. These are completely free of charge and there is no obligation or pressure to have treatment.

360 Skin Rejuv Consultation
These consultations are 45 minutes giving time for a full facial assessment and more in-depth questions about different treatments that could help you. Book this consultation if you have lots of questions or want to discuss different treatment options.
These consultations are £99 but can be redeemed against any treatment plan that you book within 30 days with a value of >£500. You can book these online here. Again, please book with the practitioner that you would want to perform your treatment if you decided to proceed.

Who to choose for your treatment? Dr Rimi and Nurse Amy have trained with Dr Askari and have 8 and 10 years’ experience each. Dr Askari trusts each of them to treat him so choose the practitioner who you feel most comfortable with and has the pricing and availability that suits you.
Dr Askari has been injecting for 20 years and has been a national and international trainer, training other doctors and nurses in advanced techniques. His clinics are always busy and so you’ll probably need to book in advance to get in to see him! His clinics are on Monday afternoons and Friday mornings.

This will be assessed during your complimentary consultation. There are very few contraindications to treatment but Dr Askari does not treat those who are pregnant, breast feeding or under the age of 20.
The anaesthetic in the dermal filler, a very small needle and Dr Askari’s expert technique make dermal filler treatment relatively comfortable even for those new to injectable treatments.
Results from dermal filler treatment are instant and may improve in the days and weeks after.
This will depend on the type of dermal filler used and the treatment area. Lips will last from approximately 6-12 months. At the other end of the spectrum, Ellansé (a collagen stimulating dermal filler) can last up to 4 years.
Modern dermal fillers are extremely safe, so much so that no test patches are required before treatment. It is important to answer questions about medical history, medications and previous treatment accurately to ensure that you are suitable for treatment. Common complications include temporary redness and possible bruising.
